Hey girl..........

Last night it began.....and my first I Got YOU GIRL workshop was a success:)....watching the girls experience it all, and one another made my heart sing.....All the girls coming from different places and for different reasons.....and then here we were......we sat in a circle for much of it......chatting and tackling gratitude as a practice.....playing a gratitude game.....making gratitude jars, and listening to some music, and chatting about everything while we crafted away......the girls opening up some about some of the challenges they face at school, and we talked about that....and then we did our glow circle, which was magic.....they all wanted to lay on their stomachs, so I did too:)......and I gave them a little votive, battery operated.....and I put our candle in the middle and we talked about our light and gifts, and about the light we all carry, and read these fun affirmation cards I found.....and then I gave them their glow bracelets! They were so excited, I gave them one for themselves, one for their mama, and one to give away to a girl that needs it:).......we all went into the big bathroom that is in the yoga room to watch them glow....lol:) Then the girls played hide and seek in the big room on their own with the candles and connected as I cleaned up for the night......And it was so special....all of them saying they were excited to come back next month......and how much fun they had, and for me it truly feels as if I have been walking my way to this time in my life all of my life.....one of the moms I have known forever said you have always been this way Jenn......the I Got you girl.....and that feels true....but as I have said before, not using it in a healthy way....abandoning myself to be that girl.....and now balance feels it has been found.....I am helping to hand these girls the key to unlock the power that lives within them....and my hope is that they take it with them wherever they go, always:) It was magic.....my favorite thing to find and cultivate whenever I can......A few of them had a little trouble reading the cards, and their new friends were helping them....and it was beautiful, just watching the I got you thing repeated over and over all night.....and so last night was the BEGINNING.......of a journey, one I am excited to see evolve and lead the way......I Got YOU GIRL feels living and breathing for sure to me.....like destiny in a non woo woo way;-) In the most divinely of placed ways.....and I will go wherever it leads amen:)
