Rogue bathroom reno

So.......I have put myself in a bit of a spot today lol:) My intention when yesterday began, was to use the trim paint I already had to paint my bedroom and get some paint to paint my hallway......which I did......however I am still working on the hallway, because my bathroom got thrown into the mix somehow lol:) I cannot explain what happened really......the energy of the day swallowing me up.....It started with my wondering what would happen if........if I painted one of the hideous pink and white tiles that don most surfaces of my bathroom white......and the relief was palpable when I saw the contrast, and before I knew it I was ALL in....and before you say you can't paint them with regular paint......I know, lol but I did......I have looked into it before, and know I needed the tile paint, the fumes have kept me at bay.....but the rationale was this........my bathroom will need a full renovation one way or another....whether on my watch, or after I sell it.....likely no buyer would leave it as is when they move in.....and my hope is to have that be the next project if I stay here......so in that line of thinking, giving it a temporary facelift felt in order........I am using all the stuff I had here already and making it up as I go.....I had a quart of chalk paint, black, chalkboard paint that I found in the garage......and used it on my outdated double vanity......and the top of the tile after I painted it all white.....and the wall! I know.......I wasn't thinking I was going to do that either......but even looking at the black and white this morning makes me happier, it looks way more modern than it did 24 hours ago......Had an extra black and white bathroom rug by some happy accident, and a shower curtain to match, and I am going to rig some curtains.....the inside of the shower is still pink and white but one can't have it all:) And the curtain hides it......but really I am the only one that sees it for now, and my kids, and having it have some fresh vibes is for me, until it is in the cards to do the renovation I want to do.....my girl helped me with the hallway, so that is well underway too, I was jumping between both jobs yesterday......the trim is done in my room.....I intended on mowing today, that is not in the cards.......I am planning on finishing the bathroom.....I did an accent wall in my bedroom when I redid it after my ex left.....it is white shiplap......so I had some paper left and will add that to my rogue design ;-) and I will finish the hallway and then meal prep for our week.....and hopefully call it an early night if I play my cards right:) Surprisingly I had tons of energy yesterday despite our hike! I worked till 10 last night.....was at it all day.....But this morning I am a little sleepy....but am currently caffeinated and will rally....I am excited to see the final product!
